Island Walk Shopping Center Publix Grand Opening

The new Publix at Island Walk Shopping Center in Fernandina Beach, FL, officially opened in early July 2026! Benning completed a full tear-down and rebuild, delivering a brand-new Publix prototype and an enhanced shopping experience for the community.
