This U-Haul Moving and Storage project encompassed the construction of two new facilities on a 4.6-acre site, complete with full sitework and development. Early on, this project included overcoming unsuitable soils and addressing unforeseen civil conditions while delivering a ground-up, three-story self-storage building and a pre-engineered metal building warehouse with a showroom.
The 72,144-square-foot self-storage facility provides 660 individual climate-controlled storage units across three floors of public self-storage use. Adjacent to it, the warehouse building totals 16,743 square feet and features a 2,970-square-foot truck rental showroom. Together, these new facilities enhance U-Haul’s ability to provide both storage and moving solutions within one integrated site.
