The finished center includes 10 tenants—a mix of a coffee shop, hair salon, restaurants, retail stores, pharmacy, golf simulator and a physical therapy clinic—bringing a vibrant range of services to the community. Additionally, Benning provided general contracting services for two of the tenants in Merry Corners including Lee Gimbap – a premium Korean restaurant with authentic, signature rolls and The Goat Bar & Grill – a casual American grill comfort food restaurant.
