This project included 65,000 square feet of Class AA office space near the perimeter of Atlanta. Three floors of the building were connected by slab openings in each floor and providing an open concept. High end floor finishes, custom light fixtures, premium wall coverings and natural wood trim were utilized to provide an upscale modern office. The space consisted of executive offices, conference rooms, break rooms with custom millwork, open concept space with cubicles, and more.
It was my pleasure working with the Benning team on such an extremely well executed project. As we all know, there are a lot of companies out there that can construct buildings, but what separates the good from the great companies is their ability to provide superior customer service and Benning hit a home run in that regard.
