Benning was proud to attend the fifth annual Auburn Building Science Clay Shoot Tournament this week. It was a great day of connection, camaraderie, and friendly competition in support of the Building Science program. Those in attendance were Clinton Wolff, Charlie Lively, and Caleb McQuaig with Southern Painting, along with Jill Cleghorn.

Benning Construction is proud to celebrate Michael House and John Barry, recipients of the 2026 Ron Amerson Supervisor Safety Excellence Award. To mark the achievement, they headed to Garland Mountain for a friendly clay shooting competition, joined by Stuart Webb and Carl Erickson —bringing together safety, teamwork, and a little competition outside the jobsite. Great job, Mike and John!

To kick off Women in Construction Week, the women of Benning Construction celebrated by putting their teamwork to the test at The Escape Game Atlanta — followed by a well-deserved lunch together! From cracking clues to sharing laughs, it was the perfect way to celebrate the incredible women who help build our success every day.

Hosted by the AGC, we had the opportunity to sponsor and participate in the Kennesaw State University Department of Construction Management Sporting Clays Fundraiser. Benji Smith, Jessica Coleman, Clinton Wolff, and Mike House represented Benning—connecting with fellow construction professionals while supporting the next generation of builders.
