Benning was proud to sponsor and participate in AGC’s YLP Golf Classic Tournament. We hosted a tent at the event, where our team was well represented by Jessica Coleman, Jill Cleghorn, and Sarah Glaze. On the course, Benning team members Garrett Crick, Tyler Chastain, Trace Patterson, Alden Brooks, Stuart Webb, Mike House, Carl Erickson, and Steven Cowart took part in the tournament. It was a great day of networking, teamwork, and supporting the industry—we’re glad to have been part of such a fantastic event!
We were proud to host Benning’s first-ever Subcontractor Appreciation Day! It was a great opportunity to welcome and celebrate the trade partners and vendors who play such an important role in our success. From BBQ and live music to raffle prizes and great conversations, the day was filled with appreciation, partnership, and community. We’re grateful for the incredible turnout and already looking forward to making this an annual tradition.

We celebrated and showed our appreciation for our incredible superintendents with a trip to Garland Mountain Sporting Clays for a day of clay shooting, team building, and well-deserved fun. Benning Construction was honored to win first place during the 2025 AGC Georgia Build Awards for two project submissions: Planet Fitness Tower Square (Atlanta, GA), and GTC Mt. Berry Renovations (Rome, GA). There to accept the awards were our very own Ryce Elliott, Anthony Zito, Rani Ghawi, and Ed Fussell. Great job to the teams who contributed to those two successful projects!

Being able to contribute to Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc. helps make an impact locally and help out soldiers’ families that may be experiencing troubles while their soldier is away protecting our freedoms. December 2023 marked Benning Construction’s 70th anniversary! The team celebrated the milestone with a fun outing at a Braves game, complete with food, drinks, prizes, and a special anniversary cake.
